Matriotism at Atlanta History Center
A small selection of our challenge quilts celebrating 250 years of inspirational American women will be displayed in the lobby of this popular history museum through March 29th. The Atlanta History Center also includes the Tullie Smith House, the Swan House, the Cherokee Gardens and much more. Click here for information to help plan your visit.
The Matriotism collection includes 62 quilts made by Guild members in 2025 for our annual challenge in preparation for our country’s celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Members were asked to create quilts that recognize the women who have shaped our nation, many of whose contributions have been overlooked or overshadowed. Click here to learn more and see all the quilts.
Stay tuned for upcoming exhibit locations, including Alpharetta, Carrollton, Jekyll Island, Cartersville, Marietta and Tifton.
